We are here to help if the books reached you in a damaged condition/ discrepancy between your order and what you received.
Exchange
You have 7(Seven) calendar days from the date you received it to inform us about the problem.
- To be eligible for exchanging damaged books, you will need to Contact Us
- Photo at the time you opened the package and discovered the damage.
- Photo of the opened packing with your name and address as printed by us.
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
- For any other discrepancy between your order and what you received. Kindly contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
Refunds
We don’t have a policy of refund for the damaged product but we exchange/ replace the books at the earliest. If we find the proof of damage to be adequate
Shipping
- In case of discrepancy in the choice of language due to problems from our end courier charges will be borne by us.
- In case of discrepancy in the choice of language due to problem from your end courier charges will be borne by You.
